A quick comment on "completeness" of our listings. We collect all of the houses on the SF Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database and publish on our website all listings that allow public website posting. Our experience is that <1% of listings block public website posting.
You may sometimes also find San Francisco homes that were listed in the South Bay and East Bay MLSs in a Movoto San Francisco search.
With Movoto searches, you will be missing For Sale by Owner (FSBO) listings and new condo/housing complexes that do not list on the MLS.
